This is a really cute toy but my girls were a tad disappointed in how fast the batteries die. We literally put brand new batteries in it and the toy was dead within twenty- minutes of play time. We put in another new pack of batteries and chose a different brand and the same thing happened. Then we tried rechargeable batteries and those lasted a bit longer but it completely drained those within thirty minutes—tops.Thus, I can’t really give this product a thumbs up. Another complaint is that the games are a bit complicated. You basically have to remember a sequence of button pushing to get the pup to do what you want and everyone knows that children aren’t going to keep up with the instruction manual.We’re glad to have gotten to try this product and it is really cute. My kiddos love playing with it just as it is but we’ve stopped trying to keep batteries in it!
